1. Try and Relax – Usually one of the first adverse effects to occur is a heightened sense of anxiety and paranoia. It is important to do anything that can help you relax. This can be deep breathing, stretching, massages, or simply talking with someone. Keep in mind that there are no recorded cases of death directly related to overdosing on Cannabis, rather in very high doses fatal accidents have occurred. (Click Here to Learn More)
You will not die from Cannabis - Understand that IT WILL PASS…
2. CBD can Help – Although it may seem counterintuitive, CBD reduces the effects of THC by blocking further metabolism of THC in the liver and offsetting the psychoactive effects in the brain.
3. Drink Fluids – While ingesting Cannabis in any method, your liver is being put to work and will require hydration. Make sure to help your liver during this process and stay hydrated.
4. Sleep – As in most cases, time and rest will be the most effective and will take care of the whole situation - You might just have the deepest sleep of your life! If you cannot get to sleep, try to throw on some relaxing music and try to drift off.
**If you still cannot fall asleep, try the opposite of sleep, and do some light exercise to promote blood flow, reduce stress, and redirect your focus away from the anxiety or paranoia.
Conclusion:
As Delta-8 and Delta-10 THC increase in popularity, keep in mind that these are forms of THC and WILL HAVE NOTICIBLE EFFECTS. It is not CBD, which has a very light effect compared to THC - Do not be confused.
